How much do you charge for delivery?

When are your last orders for Christmas 2023?

Our last date of postage for Christmas 2023 will be the 20th December. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched in January. We strongly encourage you to order early wherever possible. 

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we are only able to ship to addresses within the UK. 

What packaging do you use?

Each order is packed in 100% recyclable and carbon neutral mailing bags. Our bags are produced from sugar cane, one of the greenest materials around, grown on reclaimed wasteland. These mailing bags still possess the durability and strength of standard mail bags, so are both a win for your parcel and for the planet!

Any clothing ordered will be wrapped in FSC approved tissue paper to protect them whilst they are on their way to you. Cups and bottles are wrapped in recycled corrugated paper, to protect them from any knocks and bumps they might receive on their journey.

How can I dispose of my packaging?

All our packaging can be placed in standard household recycling waste.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend any orders once they have been placed. However, if you contact us ASAP, we may be able to cancel the full order for you.
